Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RxReuse platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

User Roles & Responsibilities

For Donors
  • You must only donate medicines that are unused, unexpired, and in sealed packaging
  • Medicines must have at least 6 months validity remaining
  • You must provide accurate information about the medicines
  • You agree to ship donated medicines to our warehouse
  • You will not donate controlled substances or narcotics
For Beneficiaries
  • You must provide valid medical prescriptions
  • You must submit genuine income proof documents
  • You agree to pay minimal shipping charges
  • You will use medicines only as prescribed by your doctor
  • You will not resell or misuse received medicines
For Volunteers
  • You must verify donations accurately and honestly
  • You will maintain confidentiality of user information
  • You will follow all safety and verification protocols

Platform Usage

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You will not use the platform for illegal purposes
  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

RxReuse acts as a platform connecting donors and beneficiaries. We verify medicines to the best of our ability, but:

  • We do not guarantee the efficacy of donated medicines
  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions
  • Beneficiaries must consult doctors before using any medicine
  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Limitation of Liability

RxReuse NGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or donated medicines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RxReuse NGO and protected by copyright laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
